MIXING SERVICES

WHAT IS MIXING? Mixing is the process of combining and balancing the multiple elements that make up a modern day musical recording and bringing them down to a stereo mix that can be played on a CD, or mp3 player.

Simply upload your individual multitrack session and vocal tracks to us [making sure that all tracks start at the exact place for sync purposes] and leave the rest to us. We will contact you directly for a detailed brief about the kind of final mix you are after and your finished mix will be uploaded /delivered to you within five working days. Additional minor tweaks to the mix will be done free of charge until you are completely satisfied with the end result..

• Why should I let TCM Music mix my music?
  Our highly experienced mixing engineers, combined with the high end analogue and digital equipment we have at our disposal will give your final mixes the quality and balance that will give them that professional edge.
   
• What if I have any issues with my audio or something needs fixing before mixing?
  Our award winning engineers will be able to improve most issues that arise during the recording process. Tuning vocals is a speciality of ours and this is very often the main issue prior to mixing.  Time is always taken to ensure that editing is complete before mixing commences and this extra time needs to be taken into account when booking studio time.  A simple email or phone discussion can usually solve any issues or worries.
   
• How do I get my music to you?
  Internet technology has now made it possible for clients to upload full quality audio files directly to us using our drop box facility. This has proven to be a very reliable and convenient way to transfer data and finished masters will be delivered back to you the same way. Alternatively you can always post or Fed-Ex your files to us. We would recommend sending your files on Data DVD’s. See our contact page for our postal address.
  
  Note: Larger files or folders will take longer to upload and download depending on your broadband speed. We also suggest Zipping all your files into one Zipped folder.
